LEGAL INFORMATION
These T&C's outline all the basic information about City of Angel's event and party booking service. For the following the "booker" is City of Angels and the "customer" is the person who is responsible for liasing with us for the event.
1) Free consultation must take place at least one month before the planned party or event, between the booker and the customer. In the event of bookings being made with less than a month's notice, an extra fee may apply.
2) Costs are approximate and can fluctuate depending on chosen venue, entertainers availability or upgrades requested by the customer. The customer will be made fully aware of all costs by the booker before any confirmation of events takes place.
3) All final costs are invoiced to the customer. a 50% deposit must be paid upon the booking being agreed by both parties, and the remainder on the night of the event.This allows the booker to pay all performers, venues and overhead fees in time of the event.
4) The booker will be made available for contact up to and including the day of the customers event. And at least one representative of the booker will be available for an hour before your event, and throughout if necessary.
5) Should the customer wish to cancel an event for whatever reason, a cancellation period of two weeks will be required. If the customer decides to cancel an event with less than 14 days notice, only 50% of the customers monies will be refunded. If the customers cancels an events with less than 7 days notice, there will be NO refund made. This is to protect the interest of our performers, venues and associated clients.
6) If requesting strippers, pole dancers or any form of adult material, the booker holds no responsibility over terms of admittance to specific venues. Customers are advised to verify terms and conditions of certain venues before confirming a booking.
7) Extra terms and conditions may apply for certain venues. These will be made available to you on confirmation of a booking.
8) The booker aims to provide everything as requested at the consultation. Should any changes be made to your event, this will be made clear to you by phone or email. Any replacements needed for entertainers and models will be of the same or better standard. We regret we cannot offer refunds for such occurences.
9) Once an agreement and confirmation letter has been signed by both the booker and the customer, the terms will be bound by law. Failure to pay fees could result in us cancelling your event.
